We have been successfully offering a comprehensive career coaching service today as a direct result of making certain observations, being senior HR professionals ourselves. What we have found really surprising is how many applicants in real-life scenarios are still making fatal mistakes during the hiring and selection process. These could have been easily eliminated had they gotten proper career coaching prior to kick-starting the job application process.
